P.K. Jinath Buddhima (31), a father from Pallimulla in Matara, Sri Lanka, sadly lost his life suddenly in Verona, Italy, on October 11.
His family first learned about his death through social media, as there has been no official notification from Sri Lankan embassy officials or Italian authorities.
On the day he died, Jinath called his wife and said he would be attending a party in Verona. After that, his phone continued working for several days but he never responded to any calls or messages. Later, his phone was completely disconnected.
So far, the family has not received any confirmation-such as photos or official statements-that he has passed away.
This lack of answers has left his family and relatives deeply worried and suspicious about what really happened to him in Italy.
Jinath’s eight-year-old son keeps asking about his father.Relatives are urgently requesting authorities to inform them about what exactly happened to Jinath Buddhima and to clear up their doubts.
